The Landis-Trek team is open to any White Mountain Road Club member. While we encourage riders to participate in the Frequent Race Program (explained below) we also encourage and help those new to the sport and the casual racer through our Junior’s Development Program and Woman’s Development Program.
Frequent Race Program
The Frequent Racer Program is designed to help all categories of racers in the White Mountain Road Club (WMRC) and reward those who race consistently. It is available to all WMRC members who have supported (as stated in the bylaws) status at the start of the year. The racer must meet all requirements to maintain supported status for the current year to qualify.
So how does it work?
A race calendar (see below) will be published by the Board at the start of each season. This list will contain all races that will count toward reimbursement. If a WMRC member races and completes at least 15 races on the WMRC Race Calendar, then he/she will be eligible for reimbursement of entry fees.
Only entry fees for races on the WMRC Calendar will be reimbursed through this program. The amount of reimbursement shall be determined by the Board, based on the financial status of the club and may be from 0% to 100%. Payments will be at the end of the season once the racer has completed a WMRC Race Log and a WMRC Financial Tracking Form. Incomplete requests will not be accepted. Late fees, DNF’s or riders already receiving reimbursement from another source will not be eligible for reimbursement.
